APPI Association for Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy in Ireland

Issue 19 of Lacunae brings together contributors from Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada, and New Zealand, some with connections to South America, and so it is truly international, bringing a variety of perspectives to bear on important aspects of Lacanian psychoanalysis. In this issue, there are considerations of the history of Lacanian psychoanalysis, the future of psychoanalysis, analysis of the pre-natal era, Lacan’s ethics, Freud’s key work that is “Constructions in Analysis,” Lacan in English, psychosis, and an exploration of what a psychoanalysis that calls itself Lacanian is.
